Rắc phô mai sợi phần còn lại lên trên bánh lần nữa. Nướng bánh trong lò khoảng 7-8’, đến khi bánh nở ra. Sau đó, giảm nhiệt độ lò xuống còn 175 độ C rồi nướng trong 20-25’, đến khi bánh chuyển màu vàng nâu đẹp mắt. Ăn bánh ngay khi nóng, sẽ rất ngon đấy!
