Cho bột mì, bột bánh ngọt (cake flour), trứng, đường, sữa, muối, men nở và nước vào thùng trộn, trộn đều cho hỗn hợp đồng nhất. Tiếp đó cho bơ vào nhào chung thành khối bột mềm mịn.

Khi bột đã nở bạn dùng cọ quét một lớp lòng đỏ trứng lên trên bề mặt bánh rồi đặt xúc xích vào giữa, rưới thêm sốt mayonnaise lên trên rồi cho bánh vào lò nướng. Nướng bánh khoảng 20 phút là bánh chín vàng.
