Looking for attention is not wrong, in the end we all appreciate attention, the feedback from society telling us we are doing okay. The problem is when you are addicted to this attention, when your self steem is so low that you upload barely dressed pictures to get validation, or when you post "depressing" quotes about yourself so people ask you if you are ok, or when you brag on social media, all of that is sick, you are feeding a demon you won't be able to stop. There's a balance for everything, and imo, showing your body all the time is not a sign of a healthy mind(of course except if you are model or aspiring to be one). Don't look too much for attention.
