Those are the selp gelp books, that tell you, that you can achieve greatness and shit. but you wont, if you are depressed. i can recommend mark manson - the subtle art of not giving a fuck. its quite an easy read and it focusses on more value oriented shit. a bit like jordan peterson.

All those books basically cover the way you think about events in life or life itself. "Awaken the giant within" or "Think and grow rich" are good books for personal growth but for depression, I would suggest some more medical / therapeutical books.
