Lươn làm sạch bằng cách xát muối hột và giấm.... rửa sạch, cắt khúc vừa ăn. Đem đi ướp gia vị như: sả đập dập, nước mắm, bột nêm, bột ngọt, củ hành tăm, bột nghệ.
Ướp lươn khoảng 20 phút cho thấm gia vị. Gạo đem rang sau đó cho vào nồi khoảng 2 lít nước, nấu nhừ thành cháo.
Nấm rơm làm sạch, cắt đôi. Phi hành xào nấm qua cho thơm.
Lươn đã thấm gia vị, phi 1 ít củ nén (hành tăm) lên cho thơm xào sơ cho săn. Sau đó đổ vào nồi cháo nêm nếm gia vị lại 1 lần nữa. Lươn chín, cháo nhừ thì tắt bếp bỏ nấm rơm vào. Xắt hành lá, rắc tiêu lên nữa là xong. Món này rất bổ dưỡng, đề nghị ăn xong ngồi 1 chỗ cho xuống cháo rồi hãy đi đâu thì đi:😀😀😀😀
